TAKE ACTION: CALL GOV. CHRISTIE
The housing bill, S.1 / A3447 has passed the Senate and the House and is
going to the Governor's desk. This bill has significantly changed from
previous versions.
The most important aspect of this legislation is that it will allow for the
creation of starter homes and family rentals that New Jersey needs. It will
be an economic engine that puts our residents to work building those homes.
Our hard-working families and seniors deserve a policy that creates homes
and jobs. New Jersey needs to get shovels into the ground!
We now need the Governor to give New Jersey a housing law that moves us
forward, not backwards.
